Filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited project, SSMB 29, starring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra, is already generating immense excitement among fans. The director recently concluded the shoot schedule in Odisha’s scenic Koraput region and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the locals for their warmth and hospitality.

Pictures of Mahesh Babu, Priyanka, and Rajamouli posing with the locals have now surfaced online, adding to the anticipation surrounding the film.

A Reddit user shared glimpses from the sets of SSMB 29, where Priyanka, Rajamouli, and Mahesh Babu are seen posing with locals. Priyanka kept her look casual in an oversized shirt paired with matching bottoms, while Mahesh Babu sported a laid-back vibe in a blue T-shirt, track pants, and his signature red cap.

Rajamouli was seen wearing a green T-shirt and grey cargo pants, adding to the relaxed, on-set atmosphere.

Priyanka and Rajamouli Thank Koraput for Their Hospitality

In one of the pictures, Priyanka is seen signing a heartfelt note that reads, "Dear Koraput, thank you for the warm hospitality. Looking forward to many such adventures. With love from the sets of SSMB-29."

Rajamouli also signed the note, acknowledging the kindness shown by the locals. A video from the set captures Rajamouli accepting a thoughtful gift package containing millet products from the people of Koraput as the crew bid farewell.

Leaked Videos Reveal Massive Set Construction in Koraput

Earlier, videos of an elaborate set being constructed at Talamali Hilltop in Semiliguda, Koraput, surfaced online. The footage showed an expansive space being readied for the film’s shoot. While filming began in January this year with a pooja ceremony, the makers chose to keep Mahesh Babu’s look tightly under wraps.

However, with the recent pictures going viral, fans couldn’t stop gushing over his adorable presence. One fan commented, "MB is giving meerkat vibes. What a cutie," while another wrote, "I like that MB is hiding those majestic curls for the movie lol."

SSMB 29 promises to be an action-adventure epic, with a storyline penned by Rajamouli’s father, acclaimed writer Vijayendra Prasad. The film is being compared to the Indiana Jones franchise for its adventurous theme. Priyanka Chopra’s involvement was earlier confirmed by her mother, Madhu Chopra, while reports suggest that Prithviraj Sukumaran might play a significant role alongside Mahesh Babu.
