New Delhi: Sana Makbul has been announced the winner of 'Bigg Boss OTT 3'. Naezy and Sana Makbul were the top two finalists after Ranvir Shorey, Sai Ketan Rao and Kritika Malik were evicted. The two top finalists have been favourites for quite some time while many fans were rooting for other three contestants amid Top 5.

The winner received a trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 25 lakhs. 

The finale saw many surprises. The highlights of the evening were Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao who joined Anil Kapoor, the show host, to promote their upcoming film 'Stree 2'.

The evening also saw several performances from all the contestants of the season. 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' began with 17 contestants while Sana Makbul, Ranvir Shorey, Naezy, Sai Ketan Rao, Kritika Mailk emerged as finalists. While Kritika and Sai reached this close  with subtle gameplay, Sana and Ranvir had been quite close contenders from the very beginning.

As for Naezy, no one really knew his game as he did not contribute too much to the game. While there was enough buzz about Sana and Ranvir being the top 2 contenders, with several trends on socia media platforms suggesting so, it seems that Nazey's fans had something else planned.

After being announced winner, she ran to hug her mother before lifting the 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' trophy'. Sana alos shared a moment with Naezy and said, "This guy always believed in me and said 'iss aldki mein dum hai."

After announcing this year's 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' winner, Anil Kapoor signed off in style.

Sana Makbul's journey was marked with many ups and down. There was almost no Weekend Ka Vaar episode which saw host Anil Kapoor not question Sana. However, Sana remained true to her opinions despite spat with Ranvir Shorey.

Sana was also questioned about her friendship with Vishal, Naezy and Lovekesh.
