Filmfare Awards 2024: 12th Fails Bags Five Honours, Vikrant Massey Wins Best Actor Critics' Title

While 12th Fail grabbed nominations in 12 categories at the Filmfare awards, it took home awards in 5 categories ranging from Best Film to Best Director.

New Delhi: With its immensely captivating and inspiring story, Vidhu Vinod Chopra's 12th Fail has ruled the hearts of the masses ever since its release. The film is rated the highest, with a rating of 9.2 out of 10 on IMDb, and has topped several lists of best films of the year back home. The film also made a distinct mark in the hearts of the masses and has now set its rule at the Filmfare awards by taking home several awards. While 12th Fail grabbed nominations in 12 categories at the Filmfare awards, it took home awards in 5 categories ranging from Best Film to Best Director. 

It's a 12th Fail winning spree at the 69th Filmfare Awards. The film won:

Filmfare Award for Best Film (Popular),

Best Actor (Critics): Vikrant Massey,

Best Director: Vidhu Vinod Chopra,

Best Screenplay: Vidhu Vinod Chopra 

Best Editing: Jaskunwar Singh Kohli- Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
