New Delhi: After months of speculation of a divorce from husband Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan finally put a stop to the rumours by posting a heartfelt birthday tribute to father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan. On Instagram, the actress shared a heartwarming flashback picture of Amitabh and her daughter Aaradhya, showcasing a beautiful moment between the two.
On October 11, Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 82nd birthday. Aishwarya Rai posted a picture in which Amitabh and Aaradhya can be seen smiling broadly. Aaradhya looked adorable in a flowery frock while the iconic actor was wearing a white sweatshirt.
Aishwarya wrote, "Happy Birthday Pa-Dadaji God Bless always" with the photo.

While Aishwarya's action seems to have put an end to rumours of discord in the Bachchan family, it should be mentioned that neither Abhishek nor Shweta Bachchan officially wrot a birthday wish for their father on social media.
Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan waved to the swarm of followers who had assembled outside his home, Jalsa, to celebrate his special day earlier on October 11.

It was during Anant Ambani's wedding in July that rumours started swirling about Aishwarya and the Bachchan family's strained relationship. Aishwarya and Aaradhya went to the ceremony in their own car, apart from Amitabh, Jaya, and their kids.
Moreover, at Paris Fashion Week, Aishwarya was seen attending with only Aaradhya. Much like at the previous IIFA awards, Aaradhya was alone at the ceremony, leading many to wonder how the family dynamic is playing out. The issue became much more intense when Aishwarya was seen without her wedding band.
It's worth noting that no one from her family has commented on the continuous internet speculation about separation.
Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan had an intimate wedding ceremony on April 20, 2007, and their daughter Aaradhya was born on November 16, 2011.
