UP Election 2022 | 'Dynasts Can Never Make India Capable': PM Modi Takes Swipe At Rivals

Taking a swipe at rivals, the prime minister said they always cared for the interest of their family but the BJP government has worked for the poor.

New Delhi: With two phases left for Uttar Pradesh elections now, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Maharajhganj today to address the voters in 'Vishal Jan Sabha'. PM Modi began his address by speaking on the challenges the world is facing right now and why India needs to be powerful.

PM Modi said, "You're seeing the situation of a fast-changing world in last 2 yrs. The world is going through several challenges right now. Nobody can remain untouched from this. Under this situation, it's very important for India to be powerful."

Taking a jibe at opposition parties, the Prime Minister said, "Dynasts can never make India capable, they can never make UP capable. Can these dynasts do anything? During COVID period, they left no stone unturned to hurt the confidence of India. They tried to instigate the poor of the country against the indigenous vaccines."

Focusing on the middle-class, PM Modi said, " To make the journey of poor and middle class comfortable, we have built roads, expressways, modern trains. We also brought special Kisan Rail for farmers so they can sell their goods to other cities."

Targeting the opposition, PM Modi said that coronavirus, the biggest trouble in the last 100 years, has engulfed the whole world for 2 years. But instead of helping you, these 'parivarwadi' remained in their house to protect themselves. At the same time, BJP workers went door to door helping people.

Taking a swipe at rivals, the prime minister said they always cared for the interest of their family but the BJP government has worked for the poor by providing them health insurance and electricity.

Polling in Maharajganj will take place in the sixth phase on March 3.
