Haryana Polls: AAP Names 21 Candidates In 4th List; Check Who Are Facing CM Nayab Saini, Vinesh Phogat

AAP fielded Joga Singh from Ladwa seat, who will contest against Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. With the fourth list the party has declared candidates on 61 seats in the 90-member assembly.

The Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday released the fourth list of 21 candidates for the Haryana assembly polls, naming wrestler Kavita Dalal against Congress' Vinesh Phogat from Julana seat.

The party also named Joga Singh from Ladwa seat, who will contest against Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. With the fourth list the party has declared candidates on 61 seats in the 90-member assembly.

The Aam Aadmi Party named Raj Kaur Gill from Ambala Cantonment, Lalit Tyagi from Yamunanagar, Joga Singh from Ladwa, Satbir Goyat from Kaithal, Sunil Bindal from Karnal, Sukhbir Malik from Panipat Rural and Saroj Bala Rathi from Ganaur.

The party also named Devender Gautam from Sonipat, Shiv Kumar Rangeela from Gohana, Sandeep Malik from Baroda, Kavita Dalal from Julana, Nisha Deshwal from Safidon, Sukhwinder Singh Gill from Tohana, Jasdev Nikka from Kalanwali and Sham Mehta from Sirsa.  

Moreover, Narender Uklana was fielded from Uklana, Rajiv Pali from Narnaund, Rajender Sorkhi from Hansi, Sanjay Satrodia from Hisar, Happy Lohchab from Badli and Nishant Anand from Gurgaon.

AAP also released a list of 40 star campaigners, including CM Arvind Kejriwal, his wife Sunita Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chadha among others. 

The Arvind Kejriwal-led party had released its second and third list of 20 candidates, naming former minister Chhatar Pal Singh from Barwala, a day after he switched over from the BJP. AAP released the first list of 20 candidates on Monday after seat-sharing talks with the Congress dragged on for days without much headway.

It has fielded Pravin Guskhani against former Haryana chief minister and Congress veteran Bhupinder Singh Hooda from Garhi Sampla Kiloi constituency. The others on the list include Bheem Singh Rathi from Radaur, Amar Singh from Nilokheri, Amit Kumar from Israna, Rajesh Saroha from Rai, Manjeet Farmana from Kharkhauda, Naresh Bagri from Kalanaur, Mahender Dahiya from Jhajjar, Suneel Rao from Ateli, Satish Yadav from Rewari, and Rajendra Rawat from Hathin.

In its second list, the AAP announced that Rita Bamaniya will contest from Sadhaura, Kishan Bajaj from Thanesar, and Hawa Singh from Indri.

The nomination window for the polls closes on September 12. The 90-member Haryana Assembly is scheduled to go to polls on October 5.

The Congress and the AAP had fought the Lok Sabha polls together in Delhi while they had contested the election separately in Punjab.In the LS general election, the Congress had given one seat to the AAP in Haryana, which it had contested unsuccessfully.
