In the meeting, the CM said that schools can be started from September 1, based on the prevailing situation.
Schools from Standards 9th to 12th to open from August 16
Just a few days ago, the UP government issued orders to open schools for Standards 9th to 12th from August 16. These schools will open with a maximum seating capacity of 50 percent. In the meantime, the school management has been asked to follow all protocols related to COVID-19.
In addition, the government has also announced the opening of colleges and universities. According to the instructions issued, colleges and universities in the state will also reopen on September 1. In addition, instructions have also been issued to initiate the admission process for promoted students in the Department of Secondary Education. The admission process of students of higher educational institutions will start from August 5.
Following COVID-19 guidelines compulsory
Students coming to school would have to follow COVID-19 guidelines. It is mandatory for students to wear masks in schools. Students would undergo thermal screening before entering schools.
