UKPSC RO, ARO 2023 Prelims Result Declared On psc.uk.gov.in; 2,285 Qualify For Mains Exam

UKPSC RO, ARO 2023 Prelims Result is available on the official website at psc.uk.gov.in.

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released the preliminary results for Review Officer (RO) and Assistant Review Officer (ARO) posts. Out of the candidates who appeared, 2,285 have qualified for the UKPSC mains exam 2023, which was conducted on December 17, 2023. Candidates can check the prelims result's merit list by visiting the official website at psc.uk.gov.in. To download the scorecard, candidates need to enter their application number and password. The UKPSC recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 137 RO and ARO posts.

UKPSC RO, ARO 2023 Result: Steps To Check 

To check and download the UKPSC RO and ARO 2023 result and merit list in PDF format, candidates can follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website psc.uk.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, locate and click on the “RO, ARO result 2023” link.

Step 3: A new window will open, prompting you to enter your login details.

Step 4: Once logged in, the result will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the result and take a printout for future reference.

UKPSC RO, ARO 2023 Result: Cut-Off Marks

Below are the cut-off marks for the UKPSC RO and ARO exam 2023:

- Unreserved (UR): 107.9373

- Unreserved female: 104.39

- Unreserved orphan, affected children: 54.4755

- Other backward class (OBC): 107.9373

- OBC female: 104.1366

- Scheduled Caste (SC): 102.1095

The final selection of candidates will be based on their scores in the prelims exam, mains exam, typing and computer proficiency test.

The UKPSC RO and ARO mains exam consists of both objective and descriptive-type questions. Here is the exam pattern:

Paper 1: General Studies (Objective type)

Marks: 200

Duration: 3 hours

Paper 2: Hindi Composition (Descriptive type)

Marks: 100

Duration: 3 hours

Paper 3: Essay Writing (Descriptive type)

Marks: 100

Duration: 3 hours

Total Marks: 400

Total Duration: 9 hours
