India Post GDS Result 2024: Gramin Dak Sevak Merit List Released, Check Direct Link

India Post GDS Result 2024 or merit list is available on the official website at indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

The India Post has announced the results for the Gramin Dak Sevak posts. The list of shortlisted candidates has been published for the following circles: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and West Bengal. Results for the remaining circles will be released soon. The merit list is available on the official website at indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

This recruitment drive aims to fill 44,228 Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) posts covering states such as Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, the North East, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal.

The selection process is entirely based on the candidates' 10th-grade marks, with no interview or written examination required. The merit list has been carefully compiled using these marks, and those shortlisted will have to go through the Document Verification (DV) stage, followed by a Medical Examination (ME).

India Post GDS Result 2024: Steps To Check Merit List

Step 1: Visit the official website of India Post GDS at indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, under Candidate's Corner click on the 'July 2024 Shortlisted' link.

Step 3: Now under State click on 'List of shortlisted candidates'.

Step 4: A PDF will open, now search your registration number.

Step 5: Click on the download button to save the PDF.

Following the release of the merit list, India Post will invite the shortlisted candidates for physical verification. The details of this process will be communicated to candidates through their registered contact numbers.

Shortlisted applicants are required to submit an undertaking in the format provided as Annexure-IX, acknowledging their responsibility for any false or incorrect information provided in the form.
