New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the students and their parents in the fifth edition of the 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' programme on Friday.
PM Modi will interact with the students, parents, and teachers across the nation and overseas. It will be held in a town-hall interactive format at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi from 11 AM onwards.
In the annual event, the Prime Minister talks about exam stress and related questions. Ahead of the event, PM Modi on Wednesday said that he is "looking forward to the programme".
"The enthusiasm towards this year's Pariksha Pe Charcha has been phenomenal. Lakhs of people have shared their valuable insights and experiences. I thank all those students, parents and teachers who have contributed. Looking forward to the programme on 1st April," he tweeted.
Snippets of videos from the Prime Minister's previous interactions during Pariksha Pe Charcha were shared on his YouTube channel. These videos involved issues pertaining to student life, especially related to exams.

The live streaming of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' will begin at 11 AM. It will be accessible not only across India but also in other countries, reaching out to the Indian diaspora abroad.
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Calls Pariksha Pe Charcha A Public Movement
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had earlier informed that crores of students, teachers, and parents from India and abroad will be participating in the programme.
"Pariksha Pe Charcha is a much-awaited annual event in which the Prime Minister responds to questions related to examination stress and related areas posed by students in his uniquely engaging style in a live programme," Dharmendra Pradhan had said, as quoted by ANU.
He called Pariksha pe Charcha a public movement and emphasised the importance of this year's edition in wake of the country coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic and exams shifting back to offline mode.
As per the Education Minister, initiatives like these are important in building the knowledge-based economy of the 21st century, he said the programme is becoming a formal institution through which Prime Minister interacts directly with the students.
According to a statement by the Prime Minister's Office, 2,050 participants have been selected through various competitions. "They will be presented with a certificate of appreciation and a special Pariksha Pe Charcha kit comprising Exam Warriors book written by the Prime Minister," it mentioned.
