NIMCET 2024 Registration Process Begins On nimcet.in - Check Key Details Here

The online application process for the NIMCET 2024 Exam will conclude on April 20, 2024.

The National Institute of Technology has officially commenced the NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) 2024 registration process. Interested candidates who wish to appear for the exam can submit their NIMCET 2024 registration cum application forms on the official website - www.nimcet.in. The last date to apply for the exam is April 20, 2024. 

NIMCET 2024: Key Dates

As per the official schedule, following the closure of the NIMCET 2024 application window, registered candidates will also be able to make changes to their applications from April 24 (from 10:00 am) to April 26 (till 05:00 pm). Candidates will be able to download their admit cards for the exams from April 28 to June 8, 2024, while the NIMCET 2024 Exam is scheduled to be held on June 8, 2024. 

NIMCET 2024: Registration Fee

Interested candidates may further note that while applying for the NIMCET 2024 Exam, they will also be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 2500. However, the SC, ST, and PWD category candidates have to pay a registration fee of INR 1250. Before applying for the NIMCET 2204 Exam though, candidates are advised to read all exam related details on the official website carefully.

NIMCET 2024: Eligibility Criteria 

To apply for the exam, candidates must have completed a three-year UG degree in any stream with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects or those with a B.E, B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST/PwD) can apply for the NIMCET 2024 exam. 

NIMCET 2024: Exam Pattern

The NIMCET 2024 Exam will be conducted at exam centres located in 41 cities across the country. The exam will be held in the CBT (Computer Based Test) mode and the exam paper shall consist of four sections: Mathematics, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, and General English. The exam paper shall consist of a total 120 questions for a total of 1000 marks. The total time duration for the exam shall be two hours.
