SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2021: The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited online applications for the SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2021 on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2021 online at sbi.co.in on or before July 26, 2021.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 6100 vacancies, out of which, 2577 vacancies are for the General category, 1375 for OBC, 977 for SC, 604 for EWS, and 567 for ST.
Candidates applying for the position must have completed graduation from a recognized institute or varsity. The minimum age limit required to apply for these posts is 20 years. It must be noted that the candidate should not exceed 28 years of age as of October 31, 2020.
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the online written test and test of the local language. The written examination will consist of objective-type questions and will be divided into 4 sections as General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. Each section will carry 25 questions. "The questions will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi, except for the test of General English. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of the mark assigned for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer," reads the official notice.
"All candidates (except those belonging to North Eastern states where an alternate ID proof will do) should produce Aadhaar number before engagement, i.e. contract signing for doing apprenticeship training," further reads the notice.
Candidates belonging to the General/OBC/EWS category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 300. However, the SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of the registration fee.
