The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will close the application process for the RBI Assistant Recruitment 2023. Interested candidates who wish to apply for the recruitment are advised to submit their recruitment application forms at the earliest. The applications for the RBI Assistant recruitment 2023 are to be submitted on the official careers portal of RBI - opportunities.rbi.org.in. The Reserve Bank of India aims to fill as many as 450 vacancies for the post of Assistant at its various branches through the recruitment drive. 

The selection of candidates for the RBI Assistant post shall be done following a multi-stage selection procedure. Following the closure of the application window, registered candidates will first be required to appear for the preliminary exam and those who clear the exam shall move ahead to the main examination. Those shortlisted on the main exam will be further required to take the Language Proficiency Test. As per the official schedule, the RBI Assistant Preliminary Examination 2023 will be conducted on October 21 and 23, while the Main Examination will be held on December 2, 2023. 

Candidates who have completed their graduation degree in any stream from a recognised university, and have a sound knowledge of word processing on PC are eligible to apply for the recruitment. At the time of submitting applications for the RBI Assistant Recruitment 2023 though, GEN/OBC/EWS category candidates will be required to pay an application fee of rs 450, while those from the SC/ST/PwBD/EWS categories will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 50 only.
