Oil India Recruitment 2024: Application Process For 102 Posts Closes Today, Apply Now On oil-india.com

The OIL Recruitment 2024 aims to fill a total of 102 vacancies for various posts in Oil India Limited.

Attention candidates! The Oil India Limited (OIL) will close the application process for the Oil India Recruitment 2024 for SO (Senior Officer) and other posts today, January 29, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates who wish to apply for the recruitment can submit their applications online on the official website - oil-india.com. 

OICL SO Recruitment 2024: Vacancy And Application Fee

Notably, the OIL is conducting the recruitment drive to fill a total of 102 vacancies for the posts of Senior Officer, Superintending Engineer, and other posts. To apply for the recruitment, candidates from General/ OBC (NCL) candidates will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 500+ applicable taxes. However, candidates from the SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen categories are not required to pay any application fee for the OIL SO Recruitment 2024.

OICL SO Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The shortlisting of candidates for the Oil India Recruitment 2024 shall be done based on a two-stage selection process. Based on the post applied for, candidates will be required to appear for a written test, followed by an interview or skill test. The written exam shall be conducted in the online CBT (Computer Based Test) and consist of a total 100 marks. Candidates will be allowed a maximum time of 90 minutes to complete the test. 

Only those candidates who clear the written test shall qualify for the next round of the recruitment: Personal Interview/Skill Test. While the written test shall consist of 85% weightage while the personal interview/ skill test will have a weightage of 15%. To qualify in the written exam, candidates from the General, 0BC & EWS categories will be required to score a minimum of 50% of the total marks, while SC, ST, PwD candidates will be required to score a minimum of 40% of the total marks. Candidates who clear the second stage of the examination will also be required to undergo medical tests and document verification.
