JIPMER MBBS 2019: Registration process has started today i.e. Wednesday, 6th March 2019 at 11 am on the official website of Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) – jipmer.puducherry.gov.in. ‘Application Link Will available at 11 am today’ read an important update on the official webpage for JIPMER Puducherry on the aforementioned website. JIPMER MBBS 2019 Prospectus will also be ‘Updated Shortly’ on the official website. JIPMER is scheduled to organize the MBBS 2019 Entrance Examination on 2nd June 2019 reportedly in two shifts for candidates seeking admissions to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme commencing academic year 2019 at the JIPMER Puducherry and JIPMER Karaikal institutions in the country. The online application window will close on 12th April 2019, next month. As per the JIPMER MBBS 2019 Entrance Exam Schedule shared by the institute last year, the first counselling schedule for JIPMER MBBS Admissions 2019-20 will be held from 26th June 2019 to 28th June 2019. The classes for JIPMER MBBS 2019 will commence on 1st July 2019, however, the admission process will conclude by 30th September 2019. It is notable here that although the MBBS and admissions for other professional medical courses are done via National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA); the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) organize their own respective entrance exams for admissions to Undergraduate (UG) Medical courses. Medical aspirants seeking admissions to MBBS course commencing 2019-20 must keep a close tab on the jipmer.puducherry.gov.in and submit their online applications after ascertaining their eligibility for JIPMER MBBS 2019 Entrance Examination.
