The Indian Coast Guard is scheduled to organize the Navik (GD) Written Test 2019 from 12th April 2019 to 10th May 2019. It is mandatory to carry the e-Admit Card along with a valid photo Identity proof on the exam day. For more specific details, candidates must read through the important instructions given on the e-Admit Card. The Indian Coast Guard will shortlist candidates on the basis of the Objective Type Written Test. The test will comprise of questions from Class 12th standard Maths, Physics, Chemistry and English as well as questions aimed at testing candidates’ general knowledge, current affairs, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude. The shortlisted candidates will be eligible to appear for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) which will require the candidate to cover 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, do 20 squats and 10 push-ups. Those who clear the PFT will undergo Medical Examination.
