Director (Landscape) - 05 posts Eligibility Criteria: Academic Qualifications: Sr. Law Officer – The applicant must be holding a Regular Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. The applicant should have 7 years of experience at bar. Deputy Director (Planning) – The applicant must be holding a  Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/Sociology/Economics from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent. The applicant should have 5 years of experience in a planning office in development authority or local body or in a Government Undertaking. Dy. Director (Arch.) – The applicant must possess a Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent. The applicant should have 5 years of experience in an Architectural Office in a responsible capacity. Assistant Director (Plg.) – The applicant must be holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/Sociology/Economics from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent. Assistant Director (Arch).- The applicant should have Post-Graduation qualification either in Architecture or in Urban Design or Conservation or Landscape or Building Engineer. The applicant must be holding a Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent. Assistant Director (System) – The applicant must have passed M. E/ M. Tech. in Computer Science / IT with First Class or minimum 60% marks from Govt. recognised Institution / University OR should have completed B.E. / B. Tech./M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT/ MCA with First Class or minimum 60% marks from Govt. recognized Institution / University and with one-year experience in relevant field. Assistant. Director (Mins.) – The applicant must have completed Master of Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel, HR, Industrial Relation, Real Estate/Urban Management, Finance; Marketing. Assistant Accounts Officer - Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS)/ ICWA/ Master in Financial Control/ MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. Jr. Law Officer – The applicant must be holding a regular Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. The applicant should have 5 years of experience at Bar. Planning Assistant – The applicant must be holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/ Architecture from a recognized University /Institute or equivalent. Programmer – The applicant must be holding an Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronics from a recognized university or Engineering College/ institute OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application from a recognized University, Engineering College/Institute. JE (Civil) – The applicant must be holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised Institution or equivalent. SO (Horticulture) – The applicant must be holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent. Architectural Assistant – The applicant must be holding a Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. Naib Tehsildar – The applicant must possess a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with 50% marks or above. Assistant Section Officer – The applicant must be holding a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any recognized University. The applicant should be proficient with computers. Surveyor – The applicant must be holding a Diploma or two years’ National Trade Certificate in Surveying from recognized Institute or equivalent and two years’ experience in Survey work. Stenographer Grade ‘D’ – The applicant must have passed class 12th or equivalent from recognized Board /University. Assistant. Director (Landscape) – The applicant must be holding a Post Graduation Diploma in Land Scape Architecture or The applicant should have Degree in Architecture from recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.
