Gold prices in Lucknow saw a slight dip on Wednesday compared to Tuesday, though the city continues to remain among the costlier gold markets in India. As of now, 22-karat gold in Lucknow is priced at Rs 9,115 per gram, while 24-karat gold (commonly referred to as 999 gold) stands at Rs 9,943 per gram. While these rates reflect a minor decrease from the previous day, they still remain slightly higher than in cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune, where 22-karat gold is priced at Rs 9,100 and 24-karat at Rs 9,928 per gram. Ahmedabad and Indore are trading marginally above the national average as well, with 22-karat gold at Rs 9,105 and 24-karat at Rs 9,933.
