Liminal Custody, a digital asset custody solutions company, has denied the claims made in the recent India Today report that claims that Liminal has shown a lack of cooperation with Delhi Police in the cyberattack case on cryptocurrency exchange firm WazirX. The report states that in a chargesheet filed by the Delhi Police in the cyberattack case, there has been an alleged non-cooperation from Liminal Custody's side.

Responding to the report, in an official statement, Liminal told ABP Live, Contrary to the media reports, we would like to clarify that Liminal has not only submitted their reply to the authorities, but has also officially met with IFSO officials to help them with our best efforts despite the territorial limitations of data sharing. We have no indication of non cooperation from the authorities and we continue to engage proactively and to provide our support to address this matter with transparency and responsibility. It is important to emphasize that despite what the media report might insinuate, the investigations with all parties are still ongoing and it is extremely premature to arrive at any conclusions at this stage. Sources from Liminal told ABP Live, “There might be a delay in sharing the information we can provide, but we remain dedicated to ensuring 100 per cent compliance and cooperation within the framework of the law.”
