Cristiano Ronaldo To Launch NFT Collection On Binance: All You Need to Know

The CR7 Mystery Box Collection will be made available for the first 1.5 million new Binance users who sign up with the referral ID: RONALDO.

Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo is set to launch his first NFT collection in partnership with Binance on November 18. The collection of digital tokens will be available for fans and NFT enthusiasts to view, own, and access starting Friday via Binance.com. As per the official blog dedicated to the CR7 NFT collection, it will offer fans unprecedented access to moments from the multiple Ballon d’Or winner’s football career to date, as well as bring exclusive prices and experiences. 
  
Binance is the largest crypto exchange in terms of volume, with a year-to-date volume of $4.953 trillion (as of November 9). 

As per Binance, there are a total of seven animated statues with four levels of rarity. These include Super Super Rare (SSR), Super Rare (SR), Rare (R), and Normal (N). 

What will Ronaldo’s NFTs be about?

All the NFTs will be about Ronaldo’s achievements and 'iconic moments' from his life and career. 

These will also include portions from different phases of his life, his “electrifying bicycle kicks” as well as his beginnings as a young athlete in Portugal.

What benefits will Ronaldo’s NFTs have?

Each NFT collection will have its own set of benefits for NFT holders based on its rarity.These will include a virtual meet and greet. SSR NFT holders will also get an autographed CR7 statue.

Commenting on his NFT collection, Ronaldo said, "It was important to me that we created something memorable and unique for my fans as they are such a big part of my success."

How many NFTs will be auctioned? What will be the price?

Around 45 of the highest-value CR7 NFTs (5 SSR and 40 SR) will be auctioned on the Binance NFT marketplace.

The bidding will remain open for 24 hours and the NFTs will be given away to the highest bidders. The auction will start with bidding prices at 10,000 BUSD (Binance USD) for SSR and 1,700 BUSD for SR.
