Mahindra XUV 3XO Waiting Periods Surge Amidst High Demand

Other features include dual-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera, ADAS Level 2, a seven-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, and more.

The XUV 3XO has turned out to be a hit and surely is much more popular than the XUV300- its earlier avatar. The new XUV 3XO having snatched 50,000 bookings within 60 minutes of opening now commands a waiting period of around 6 months for select, most popular variants.

Deliveries of the XUV 3XO will start today and over 10,000 units have been made already with the mid variants being produced mostly. The monthly production capacity is 9,000 and that will mean long waiting periods for sure in the coming days.

The AX series of variants is the most popular among buyers with the AX5 being the preferred choice while the fully loaded AX7 has done good numbers too. Do note that the more powerful 1.2l turbo petrol comes with the AX5 L which offers the most power. Waiting periods for the AX7 are also quite high given that deliveries will happen later.

The entry-level variants of the MX range come at Rs 7.4 lakh which rises to above 11 lakh. The AX range begins from Rs 10.6 lakh while going all the way to Rs 15.4 lakh for the top-end variant. The launch of the XUV 3XO has certainly added further competition in this segment and another important point is that the XUV 3XO gets a diesel engine too which also is turning out to be popular.
