Congress party's Sanjay Nirupam said that Congress has dual approach to targeting Modi government. He said that Shiv Sena remains a part of the government and still criticises it. They should leave the government and then come out completely. Sanjay Nirupam added that Shiv Sena remained quiet during no-confidence motion and now is speaking via Saamana.
