BCCI should keep govt informed, says Kiren Rijiju on Dhoni's glove controversy
Sports minister Kiren Rijiju while talking to ABP News said, "Sports federations are autonomous and run affairs independently, but when there's an issue important to the people & players represent the nation, the BCCI should take it up correctly & keep the govt apprised if necessary."
BCCI has come out in full support of Mahendra Singh Dhoni saying he will continue wearing the dagger insignia on his wicket-keeping gloves as it is not a military symbol.
