State minister in Uttar Pradesh cabinet, Dinesh Khatik has offered his resignation from the post stating that department officials have been ignoring him as he belonged to the Dalit community. In a letter addressed to Union Minister Amit Shah, Minister of State for Jalshakti in the Yogi Adityanath government expressed his desire to resign from the cabinet.
