Section 144 imposed in Delhi

All border pickets are sealed in the national capital and Delhi Police said that curfew passes will be issued to people associated with essential services.
While people stood at the border requesting authorities to allow them to cross the state border, the authorities advised commuters to follow Sunday orders and return back from the borders. "Lockdown in Delhi from Monday 6 a.m. to March 31 midnight. The borders will be sealed and only essential items will be allowed," Kejriwal had said.
