Monsoon Update: IMD estimates heavy rainfall in Maharashtra, UP, MP & Bihar

The India Meteorological Department has issued an alert to different states across the country. Heavy to very heavy rain is expected at many places.  On July 22, there may be an excess of rain in some parts of Konkan and Goa. Apart from this, there is a warning of heavy rain at some places in Madhya Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, and Coastal Andhra Pradesh. Heavy rain has also been forecast at some places in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
