Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and R. Subhash Reddy's Bench to hear Param Bir Singh's plea | Fatafat

The petition claimed that Anil Deshmukh was constantly involved in illegal extortion while holding the post of Home Minister. Today, this matter will be taken up in the bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and R. Subhash Reddy.  Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir has demanded a CBI inquiry into his allegations on Deshmukh. He has also demanded a ban on the notification of himself being transferred from the post of Police Commissioner.
