Jharkhand Assembly Poll: Congress' Subodh Kant Sahay raises question on EVMs

Congress leader Subodh Kant Sahay today voted at a polling booth in Ranchi. He was among the first voters, who came there to cast their votes.
While talking to ABP News, Subodh complained that EVMs are working properly and that's why he is raising demand for ballots paper. He also said that if other countries are still using ballot boxes, then why cannot India?
