A delegation of Congress leaders visited incident-hit Jahangirpuri on Thursday but were stopped by the police from going to the area where an anti-encroachment drive was conducted by the North MCD a day before. Congress leaders staged a protest at the incident spot as they demanded to enter the residential area and meet the accused families.
