When will tension at Indo-China border end?

China doesn't seem to find the solution via talks  and meetings as they don't follow it later.  India wants China to reduce the number of soldiers at the LAC and the controversial areas and China aggreed in the meeting also. But China has not done so. Watch ground report from Leh.
