Security forces averted a major tragedy by the timely detection of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in the Chatloora area of Rafiabad in Baramulla district today. The IED was later defused safely by the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) of the Army.  The IED was planted inside a small bag, weighing around 10KG and was kept inside an empty bus shed, which is frequently used by jawans as well as locals during the day.
