Vikas Dubey case: Why was an accused in 60 cases out on bail?
In an ambush planned by members of gangster Vikas Dubey's gang, eight police officers were martyred in Kanpur on Thursday. When cops were on their way to arrest Vikas, the gangsters blocked the road using a JCB and killed the policemen. On Saturday, using the same JCB, Uttar Pradesh police has demolished the house of gangster Vikas Dubey. Vikas Dubey is absconding at the moment and the police force has put a bounty of Rs 50,000 on him. But the question remains, why was an accused in 60 cases out on bail?
