US Army to change base following Indo-China border dispute

Is US preparing for a fight against China? According to  Mike Pompeo, ''I just talked about the Chinese Communist Party. We will make sure to properly deploy the PLA. There will be places that require few American resources. ''  US has decided to change its base and resources following the border dispute with China.
