Dharmendra Singh, the station head of Hastinapur in Meerut, western UP who built a luxurious 5-star hotel-like farmhouse on two bigha land in Hastinapur has been lined up.
The land which was bought as agricultural land was converted to this luxurious farm house. During the initial investigation, it was also found, that Dharmendra was stealing electricity.
