Appointed as India’s first full-time female Finance Minister in 2019, Sitharaman has since presented six consecutive budgets, including an interim budget in February this year. The full budget for the financial year 2024-25 is her seventh consecutive budget, highlighting her significant role in shaping India's fiscal policy over the past several years.
