Sushant Singh Rajput case will be probed by CBI: SC
In a huge relief to the family members of Sushant Singh Rajput, the case has been given to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that CBI would investigate actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.
On the other hand, the apex court said the FIR registered by Bihar Police was correct and that the reference to CBI was lawful.
A bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy delivered the judgement.
The 34-year-old actor was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
