Seed Scam in Punjab: Seeds sold at three times the price

A huge seed scam has come forth in Punjab in which the seeds were being sold at thrice the genuine price. A cabinet minister's aide has been accused of the crime. His company sold the seeds whereas they were not even authorised to do so. 

The seeds which were sold for thrice the original price in the market, were not to be sold in the market but to be given to farmers.
