DGP Gupteshar Pandey was talking to ABP News when he said that Rhea Chakraborty should come forward and cooperate in the investigation process. He said, "We would never put an innocent person behind bars or harass him or her. This is why Rhea should meet us and help us solve the case. We haven't been able to meet her even once in Mumbai".
