Rahul Gandhi attacks PM on Twitter before Mann Ki Baat programme

Without taking PM Narendra Modi's name Rahul Gandhi has attacked him on Twitter and questioned ''When will we talk about national security and safety?'' PM Modi will address the nation through his 'Mann Ki Baat'  programme on Sunday. Congress has been targeting the government over the Indo-China border issue.
