PM Modi likely to address virtual UNGA on Sept 26
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to address the United Nations General Assembly on September 26, 2020. This will be a virtual address. The provisional list of speakers was released on Tuesday which has PM Narendra Modi's name. As per it, PM may address on the morning of September 26. But the list may be changed.
In the 75-year history of the UN, it is for the first time that the world leaders will not be attending the UNGA physically but will be sending in their pre-recorded statements.
