PM Modi address to nation, says 'skill, re-skill & up-skill to remain relevant amid changing times'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was talking on the occasion of World Youth Skill Day. He suggested that to remain relevant amid changing times, one needs to polish one's skill from time to time. He also said, "Skill is something which we gift to ourselves, which grows with experience. Skill is timeless, it keeps getting better with time. Skill is unique, it makes you different from others"
