Parliament is for discussion and not for hooliganism, uproar: Ram Kripal Yadav

Bharatiya Janata Party MP, Ram Kripal Yadav, was talking to ABP News exclusively when he attacked the opposition for tossing torn papers towards the chair. Yadav said that today all limits were crossed by the opposition especially by Congress. He said, "There is a way to put forth your opinion. Parliament is for discussion and not for hooliganism, uproar, and chaos."
