NPR: Time and place of parents' birth may be asked in new form

The Home ministry has prepared the format of the new National Population Register (NPR) form, sources have said. The new form is likely to include fields asking Aadhar number, PAN number, mobile number and other personal information of the people. Sources have said that people may also have to submit information regarding the date and the place of their parents' birth.
