Nitish Kumar targets Lalu Prasad Yadav on issue of rising population

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was speaking on the issue of rising population during a rally in Bihar's vaishali. He said that rising population was huge issue and none seemed to be worried. He added that there were people who were going for multiple babies in need of a son. He said, "If you remain in the leadership of such people then think what will be the state of Bihar."
