NEET Controversy: CBI Arrests Manish Prakash And Ashutosh In Patna Over Paper Leak | ABP News

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has made its first arrests in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-undergraduate (NEET-UG) paper leak case. Two suspects, Manish Prakash and Ashutosh, were arrested in Patna, as reported by ANI. The CBI, which recently took over the investigation, visited the Economic Offences Unit (EOU) of Bihar Police on Monday to begin probing the alleged exam irregularities.

The CBI has already obtained a three-day remand for two other accused, Chintu and Mukesh, concerning the NEET paper leak case. On Wednesday, the CBI filed a remand application in the special court. After hearing the arguments, Judicial Magistrate Harshvardhan Singh approved the request, considering the CBI lawyer's arguments.
