Marriage-divorce example by Mumbai HC as plea seeking stay on Uddhav's swearing-in denied
A petition was filed in Mumbai High Court against the oath taking ceremony of Uddhav Thackeray which stated 'Shiv Sena and BJP promised to give a alliance government but could not complete it and thus Uddhav's oath taking ceremony should not take place.'
