Liquor shops reopen in Jammu and Kashmir, people queue up, flout COVID norms

After a month-long COVID-19 lockdown, the process of unlocking started in various places and a few areas have now been permitted to open. Amid this, the liquor shops in Jammu and Kashmir have also been permitted to function and within few hours of the announcement, the shops were flooded with people and social distancing went for a toss.
