Lalan Singh on not being part of Modi cabinet: 'It was party's decision'
Senior JD(U) MP Lala Singh has been appointed as the new president of the party. The decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in Delhi. When asked about why his name didn't make it to the Modi cabinet, he said that 'it was the party's decision'.
