In the Lakhimpur Kheri case, FIR was registered against Ashish Mishra and it is highly likely that he will surrender today. On the other hand, Rahul Gandhi is headed towards Lucknow in order to reach Lakhimpur Kheri and meet the bereaved families of the farmers
