Jharkhand results: Celebration begins at Congress's headquarters

Supporters of Congress allaince gathered at Congress headquaters to celebrate victory as per trends in the Jharkhand election results. The supporters say that their victory is confirmed now. However, the final results are not out yet. The Alliance chief ministerial candidate Hemant Soren is leading from both - Dumka and Barhet assembly seats and he can become Jharkhand's CM once again.
